Pecan Crusted Pork

Dip pork (about 1/4 in thick) in flour, egg, then pecan crumb mixture. add salt &

pepper onto pork in the pan.

Fry on med-high for about a minute or so each side..until golden brown

preheat oven to 375 degrees, place pork in greased dish and baked for about 10-15 min

Pecan Crumb Mixture
1/2 c finely chopped pecans
1/2 c finely chopped frenchs fried onions
1/4 c panko bread crumbs
1/4 c italian bread crumbs
1 tsp brown sugar

served with white rice and brocolli sauteed in butter w/ salt & pepper!
