chicken breast pieces
mix:
butter
garlic
salt & pepper
parsley
basil
shallots
green onion
laughing cow cheese triangle
shredded mozzarella
dice cherry tomatoes
coat chicken with mix in greased baking dish
bake 350 degrees for 20-30 min
covered w/ foil.. remove foil for last 5 min
