7 beans

A little less than 1/3 of a small bag of each kind of beans:
Lima
Kidney
great northern
navy
black eyed peas
pink
small red

Soak the beans for about 1-2 hrs. drain and rinse.
Add beans to a Crock Pot
cut up 3 slices of a sweet onion, chop and add
Add 1-2 Tbsp garlic, chopped
Add 1 tomato bouillon and 1 bacon bouillon (or you can add cooked crispy bacon later)
a few dashes of dry mustard
1/2 -1 Tbsp molasses
a pinch of brown sugar
a few dashes of salt
Add water, covering the beans

Simmer in crock pot on high for about 4-6 hours. If beans are not yet done, add to pressure cooker for another 20 minutes.

Once they are done, drain juice and add to pan on high heat. Add a couple Tbsp of flour and make a reduction and add sauce back to the beans ( I also added 1-2 Tbsp tomato paste in the sauce/reduction)

This was my first time making this, so if there is some tweeking you think that needs to be done, let me know!
