Chicken Chow Mein

cook chicken w/ garlic & onions & olive oil on med low heat for about an hour
add a dash of white wine vinegar & soy sauce & water
season w/ paprika, ginger, salt & pepper

add broccoli and carrots near the end, let simmer for a few minutes

cook noodles for about a minute, then add to chicken

add bamboo shoots and edamame

mix all ingredients and add more soy sauce & oyster sauce as desired..mix
