Chicken Florentine

preheat oven to 375 degrees

In a saucepan, sauté minced garlic, onions, olive oil or butter, and a squirt of lemon juice
add about 1Tbsp parmesan cheese, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, about 1Tbsp cream cheese, 1 can half & half, sprinkle italian seasonings, & a handful of chopped fresh spinach

simmer until evenly blended.. add 1/2 sauce to a baking dish
add cut up chicken breast pieces.. sprinkle w/ salt & pepper
add the rest of the sauce
sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese

bake for about 30 minutes
(serve w/ rice & julienned carrots)
