Very easy pasta salad.. and quick!
cook any pasta you like..
I like this cork screw kind (I forget the name), you can get it at Costco :)
add:
fresh baby spinach leaves
red onion
tomatoes
feta cheese or cubed mozzarella cheese
artichokes
olives
dressing:
zesty Italian packet w/ olive oil & apple cider vinegar
add about 1 tbsp honey
