Chicken & Gravy

just pulled this one together and turned out well enough to post!

Saute shallots & garlic with olive oil
add chicken bouillon (about 1/2 cube), and water.. let come to semi boil.
add chicken breast pieces seasoned (season salt, italian spices, paprika, & parsley)
cook on med covered
remove chicken

gravy.. add dash of white wine vinegar & worstechire & 1 Tbsp flour.. wisk until combined
bring to boil and stir until thickened

add chicken back to sauce and serve :)
