cut up the potatoes, leaving the peel on and cook in water, add:
*about 1 tbsp chicken bouillon
*a few dashes of seasoning salt
*a handful of onion slices
about 1/2 way through, add a few cut up baby carrots
Once they are done, drain and remove the onion slices.
add some frozen peas, then let cool
In a seperate bowl, combine about 1-2 cups of mayo and 2 laughing cow cheese triangles or cream cheese with substitute ok, but will be a different flavor; add:
*about 2 tsp italian dressing,
*a few pinches of chopped fresh parsley
*a few dashes of salt and pepper
*a couple pinches of garlic salt
mix the mayo ingredients gently into potatoes & veggies and serve cold!
