Baked Rigatoni

This recipe is simple and fairly quick!
*Cook the rigatony pasta for about 10 minutes. (I used 3/4 bag) add Italian seasoning
*Cut a 1/2 of kielbasa sausage in half lengthwise and again into pieces.
*Cut 1/2 shallot, mince
*Lightly grease pan, add shallots for a few minutes, then add sausage. cook until crispy
*In a saucepan, add tomato sauce (I used classico tomato & basil and Emeril's marinara), add creamy Alfredo & heavy cream, add 1 laughing cow cheese triangle, add a handful cut broccoli; simmer.
*Add crispy sausage; cover and simmer on med-low.
*Drain pasta and add to baking dish. drizzle with Parmesan cheese and mix.
*Add Sauce on top and evenly distribute. add shredded mozzarella on top.
*Cover with foil
*Bake 350 degrees for 8 minutes

This is my little rendition of the Baked Rigatony @ Rigatony's :)
